AUSTRALIAN & NEW ZEALAND ORDERS

• FEES •

Orders $50 and above will be shipped FREE via standard service.

Orders less than $50AUD will be incur a flat shipping fee of $5AUD for standard service.

Express service is available to Australian customers for $9.95AUD

ORIGINAL ARTWORKS & ART PRINTS

For unframed fine art prints, please allow 5-14 business days for printing, signing & dispatch. Unless marked ' ready to ship'

For framed fine art prints, please allow approximately  4-6 weeks for printing, signing, framing and dispatch.

For original artworks, please allow up to 3 business days for dispatch.

PRODUCTS MARKED 'MADE TO ORDER'

Please allow 1-10 business days for us to make & dispatch your order

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Shipping is FREE for orders $200AUD or over.

Orders less than $200AUD will incur a flat shipping and handling fee of $25AUD.

RETURNS 

AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND

- keegan happily offers exchange or credit note (valid for 12 months) for all clothing & jewellery purchased online (including 'made to order' & products within our keegan Classics Range)within 10 days of delivery. 

- keegan happily offers refund minus a 3% restocking fee for clothing & jewellery (excluding 'made to order products' & products within our keegan Classics Range) purchased online for AUD $100+, within 10 days of delivery.  

- All artwork & limited edition print sales are final and cannot be returned for exchange or refund, so please choose carefully 

INTERNATIONAL

- keegan happily offers exchange or credit note (valid for 12 months) only, for products purchased online for AUD $150+, within 10 days of delivery. This excludes artwork & limited edition prints

- International online orders outside of Australian and NZ for products $149 AUD and under cannot be returned, so we ask that you choose carefully.

 

• RETURN PROCESS / TERMS & CONDITIONS •

Please email info@keeganthelabel.com.au if you wish to return or exchange any item within 10 days of delivery (calculated from day shipment is marked a 'delivered' on Australia post tracking website).

Please wait for instructions before posting item. Returns will not be accepted after 10 days from delivery date, or without prior written email consent from keegan.

The customer is required to return items in their original condition via Australia Post with tracking. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs & will be liable for any loss or damage during return shipping.
