Orders $50 and above will be shipped FREE via standard service.
Orders less than $50AUD will be incur a flat shipping fee of $5AUD for standard service.
Express service is available to Australian customers for $9.95AUD

AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND POLICY
- keegan happily offers FREE returns for exchange or credit note (valid for 12 months) for all clothing & jewellery purchased online, within 10 days of delivery.
- keegan happily offers refunds for clothing & jewellery purchased online for over $100AUD, within 10 days of delivery. A $15 return shipping/ re-stocking fee will be deducted from the refund total.
- Returns will only be accepted in original unworn condition, with tags attached.
- All artwork & limited edition print sales are final and cannot be returned for exchange or refund, so please choose carefully.
INTERNATIONAL POLICY
- keegan happily offers exchange or credit note (valid for 12 months) only, for products purchased online for AUD $150+, within 10 days of delivery. This excludes artwork & limited edition prints
- International online orders outside of Australian and NZ for products $149 AUD and under cannot be returned, so we ask that you choose carefully.
• RETURN PROCESS / TERMS & CONDITIONS •
Please email info@keeganthelabel.com.au if you wish to return or exchange any item within 10 days of delivery (calculated from day shipment is marked a 'delivered' on Australia post tracking website).
Please wait for instructions and pre-paid return shipping label before posting item. Returns will not be accepted after 10 days from delivery date, or without prior written email consent from keegan.
