SHIPPING


AUSTRALIAN & NEW ZEALAND ORDERS

Standard shipping is FREE on orders over $50AUD.

Orders less than $50AUD will be incur a flat shipping fee of $8.30AUD for standard service, or $9.95AUD for express service. 

We post all orders via Australia post with tracking (standard service - dispatched in 2-3 business days, or express post - dispatched in 1-2 business days. Please specify at check out).

Shipping times will vary. Please refer to the Australia post website for shipping time estimates (goods will be shipped from postcode 3068).

If insurance is required, please email us and request a quote prior to placing the order.

You will receive email confirmation which will include tracking, once your order has been processed. Orders can be tracked via the Australian post website

 


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS


Shipping is FREE for orders over $200AUD.

Orders less than $200AUD will incur a flat shipping and handling fee of $25AUD.

Goods will be dispatched within 1-3 business days via Australia post (economy air) with tracking.

Shipping times will vary. Please refer to the Australia post website for shipping time estimates (goods will be shipped from postcode 3068).

10% GST tax is included in total at checkout. Please note that the customer must be responsible for any import duties or taxes applicable

 


RETURNS 

- We do not offer refunds, so please choose carefully

 

- Keegan offers exchange or credit note (valid for 12 months) for wrong size or change of mind on full priced items (see return process / terms & conditions below)

 

RETURN PROCESS / TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please email info@keeganthelabel.com.au if you wish to exchange any item within 10 days of delivery (calculated from day shipment is marked a 'delivered' on Australia post tracking website).

Please wait for instructions before posting item. Returns will not be accepted after 10 days from delivery date, or without prior written email consent.

The customer is required to return items in their original condition via express post with tracking and will be liable for any loss or damage during return shipping, as well as associated shipping costs.

 

 

As our online store shares stock with our bricks and mortar store, in rare occasions we may sell out of an item before we can complete your order. In these circumstances we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund.
